Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the Interior Fit-out sector. Strong understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and procurement processes. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to maintain client and stakeholder relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate contract-related challenges. Responsibilities:
Oversee contract management activities from inception to completion for high end commercial projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Negotiate contract terms with clients and subcontractors to ensure favorable outcomes for the company. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address any contractual issues that arise. Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
