GBP50,000-GBP60,000 My client provides Electrical & Instrumentation Installation Service to industry, including Maintenance and Commissioning. They are looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team. The Contracts Manager will be overseeing various Contracts in Liverpool, as well as Contracts in London and Aberdeen, so it is important to note that travel will be required to these sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This role requires a strong understanding of Industrial Electrical Installation, Maintenance and Commissioning along with project management combined with excellent communication skills. Role Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the Installation and Commissioning of Electrical Systems Ability to understand client requirements Managing Projects and Workforce Ensuring that material take offs are done, specific to the project requirements Ensuring costs remain within the agreed budget Managing changes to the projects Managing Labour Picking up additional work on the project Role Requirements:
10+ years Experience within Electrical Installations/Commissioning 5+ Years experience in Contract Management within the Electrical industry Experience of Managing Projects and workforce Strong understanding of electrical installation processes, systems, and equipment. Benefits:
