Job Role: Contracts Manager
Area: London
Salary: GBP55k - GBP65k
My client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team based in London. Provide technical assistance/fault finding to engineers & resolve problems for a variety of systems in commercial and residential buildings across London and surrounding areas.
Duties:
Dealing with onsite technical issues as they arise and assisting engineers to ensure all works are run smoothly.
Ensure PPM works are carried out to a high standard.
Ensuring that all plant on site systems is well documented and recorded efficiently.
Ensuring Compliance with Health and Safety regulations/risk assessments.
Communicating with help desk of call-out progress through to completion.
Reporting to Line Manager/ Directors on site issues and liaising with sub-contractors/clients.
Be able to identify development needs.
Provide appropriate levels of coaching, development, and support to the apprentices.
Ensuring all PPM is completed on time & ensure frequencies are adhered to minimise time on callouts and minimise return visits to jobs.
The ideal candidate will be:
Proven experience, with a strong background in a supervisory role.
Ability to work independently and efficiently across multiple sites.
Relevant qualifications and certifications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
