Hertfordshire, London A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertakes a range of projects within multiple sectors has an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company has been around for a very long time and has a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. They carry out a range of work including new builds, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between £1m and £10m in value, with a range of public and private clients predominantly within the Education, Healthcare, Residential, and Retail sectors. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a strong track record of managing multiple projects within the Education, Healthcare, Residential, and Retail sectors. Experience working for a similar Main Contractor would be highly advantageous. The position will be based out of their offices near Harpenden, Herts, and working on projects across the Northern Home Counties and London.
