Hertfordshire / London A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertakes a range of projects within multiple sectors has an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their Special Works Division on a permanent basis. The company has been around for a very long time and has a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. The Special Works Division carries out a range of work including internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £3m in value, with a range of public and private clients predominantly within the Education and Healthcare sectors. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a strong track record of managing multiple projects within the Education and Healthcare sectors. Experience working for a similar company within a Special / Small Works Division would be highly advantageous. The position will be based out of their offices near Harpenden, Herts, and working on projects across the Northern Home Counties and London.
