Hertfordshire, London A leading Maintenance and Refurbishment Contractor with a turnover of circa £140m has a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their offices near Watford, Herts and working on projects throughout Hertfordshire and London. The company offers a comprehensive range of maintenance and refurbishment services across a range of sectors including housing, healthcare, education, hotel & leisure, and commercial. The business has been operating for approximately 50 years and has grown into one of the leading companies in their field. They carry out Planned Maintenance, Cyclical Painting and Decorating, Refurbishment Works, Small Building Works, Fire Protection Repairs and Upgrades, Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Roof Updates and Repairs. They are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee a number of projects at any given time, ensuring site teams deliver projects on time and within budget to the highest standards.
