You will be joining the M&E division and specialize in Commercial and Industrial projects and large scale fit-outs across London and the South East. You will be working with the biggest names in the industry, on the most prestigious Commercial projects, with your industry experience at the forefront. Due to the continued growth of their Building Services division, this company is looking to add a Contracts Manager to their team who can bring a wealth of experience and key industry contacts to drive business growth. In this autonomous role, you will be given the scope to work remotely, travelling to the office for fortnightly meetings. Your time will otherwise be split as you oversee projects, coordinate contracts, liaise with key clients, accurately estimate project costs, manage a team of engineers, and share your wealth of knowledge with junior members of the team.
