£55,000 - £65,000 DOE The role & about the client: On behalf of our client, ITS Building People (Southampton) are searching for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a young, ambitious housing developer who specialise in traditional build and timber frame housing and extensions. Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a passion for housing? Do you thrive in a collaborative, family-run business environment? If so, we'd love to hear from you! The Role: As a Contracts Manager, you'll oversee 5-6 projects at various stages of development, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You'll play a key role in coordinating teams, maintaining client relationships, and upholding our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple housing projects simultaneously. Oversee planning, programming, and resourcing to meet project goals. Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies. Drive quality assurance and customer satisfaction across all projects. Contribute to company growth through operational efficiencies and strategic planning. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in contracts/project management within the traditional build housing sector. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations. A team player who aligns with our family-run business values.
