Warrenpoint JOB SUMMARY CTS are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to run the day-to-day operation of one of our new contracts with an existing client. The post is based at our head office in Warrenpoint. You will need to be a confident leader who can manage and motivate a team of on-the-ground operatives as well as an office-based administration team. You will also need to have the ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues, customers, and other key stakeholders. The job will give you some fantastic opportunities to work with a variety of people at all levels of seniority in a very fast-moving environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Building and maintaining a strong client partnership relationship and providing day-to-day client advice and support. Maintaining tight operational control and ensuring that the operational teams have a clear understanding of their job role and its importance to the contract. Providing leadership to colleagues and developing an engaged workforce. Responsible for performance reviews, recruitment, and other aspects of HR. Conducting regular status and strategy meetings with customers/clients to demonstrate performance and understanding of their needs. Achieving targets/KPIs. Being accountable for cost control; wages, overhead management, and expenses. EXPERIENCE Proven experience of delivering operational excellence and managing teams. Experience of MTC, especially in the social housing sector. Team-oriented - an advocate of leading your team from the front, creating drive and ambition within your teams to maximize development and opportunities for both the business and individuals. Strong communication skills with people at all levels of the business. Ability to work on own initiative, setting standards for others and measuring performance. Knowledge of all NHF and NEC forms of contracts and schedules. PAYSCALE Pay is negotiable and will depend on demonstrable experience and qualifications.
