Your Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will: Organise resources for project delivery and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary standards. Oversee site management, conducting regular inspections to maintain program schedules and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with clients, site staff, and office teams to ensure seamless project delivery and effective communication. Mentor and train team members to develop their skills and competencies.
What We're Looking For
Essential: 5+ GCSEs (grades A-C or 5-9). Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Health & Safety qualification relevant to construction sites. Experience in groundworks, building contracts, and residential new builds.
Desirable: HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management. Competency in resource program planning and reviewing tender documents.
