Your new company You will be working for a regional contractor that works across numerous sectors, including education, leisure and residential. They are currently seeking an experienced contracts manager to join their dynamic team on the residential side. Your new role Manage and oversee all contractual aspects of social housing new build projects from inception to completion. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and address any issues that arise. Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Provide regular reports on project status to senior management. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on social housing. Strong knowledge of contract law and construction regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Relevant qualifications in construction management, contract law, or a related field.
