Oxford Salary:
GBP55k (DOE) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Bonus Scheme + Benefits Working Hours:

TXM Recruit is currently looking for a Retrofit Contracts Manager to join a Property Services company, working on their social housing contracts covering Oxford. This Retrofit Contracts Manager will be managing the delivery of various retrofit works (insulation, ventilation, door/window replacements etc.), as well as overseeing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance, managing client expectations, conducting meetings and enquiries, and managing all documentation. Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a salary of GBP55k, along with car allowance, fuel card, pension, annual bonus, and 21 days holiday + BHs. Minimum Requirements:
To be successful in this Contracts Manager role, you will need a CSCS managers card, SMSTS, IOSH, and
