Contracts Manager (Painting) - Motherwell (Newhouse) Salary - £42-50k (DOE) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Bonus Scheme Working Hours - Monday to Friday 40 hours a week TXM Recruit is currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join a Property Services company, working on social housing properties overseeing their painting contracts covering the Motherwell area. The Painting Contracts Manager will ensure all aspects of the project are managed efficiently along with overseeing Site Managers and operatives. The Contracts Manager will also manage the daily running of contracts to complete work to quality, time, and cost constraints. This role offers a salary of £42-50k (DOE), along with car allowance, fuel card, pension, annual bonus, and 29 days holiday (including BHs). Minimum Requirements: To be eligible for this Contracts Manager role, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience managing painting and decorating contracts along with having your SMSTS.
