Due to recent contract wins and continued growth, they are now forging ahead with their planned growth strategy and are looking for a Contracts Manager to complement the existing team.
You will be an experienced Contracts Manager who has experience working with Facade Systems such as Rainscreen, Composite Panels, Metal Sheeting, Timber Cladding and Metal Profiled Cladding as well as Flat Roofing Systems such as Single Ply, Liquid Applied Membranes, Bitumen, Green Roofs and Built up Roofing.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be working on 4/5 projects at any one time within Industrial, Retail & Commercial Sectors ranging in value from 50k up to 2m.

In this position you will be expected to promote quality workmanship, drive site performance, ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget and all H&S standards are adhered to. You will be IT literate and you will use the company's personalised CRM system.
