Civils Contracts Manager
who may be looking for a fresh challenge for the new year. You would be joining a dynamic team based out of Preston on a permanent basis. You will be representing a very well-known and established sub-contractor who has been cleaning up tenders and winning a lot of work across the North West and North East divisions.
Background in groundworks is ideal, but an understanding of the fully end-to-end elements of Civil Engineering is necessary. Reporting to and working alongside the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects to budget, safely, within programme, and to the required quality standards.
You will oversee 1 to 2 contracts or possibly be site-based on larger schemes, working with Project Managers and Construction Managers, as the company workload dictates.
Salary:
£65,000 - £73,000 + full package car or car allowance.
