About this Role
Our client is urgently seeking an experienced contracts manager to join their very successful construction company. The position will involve dealing with all aspects of quoting, tendering and management of projects that will range from small works to large scale projects - the work is varied, and will involve anything from civils to roofing, to refurbs & commercial construction. Successful candidates must have previous experience gained in general construction as this role is varied. The position of contracts manager will be a mix of office based and out on-site - mainly in and around the London area but our client does work UK wide. A vehicle will be provided for site/client visits. Salary range is £70-80k depending on experience. As this is urgent our client requires candidates to be available immediately or with a short notice period. Responsibilities
Manage quoting and tendering processes. Oversee project management from small works to large scale projects. Collaborate with various stakeholders on site and in the office. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Please apply today for immediate consideration!
