Due to planned growth and ongoing success, this highly respected, award-winning, and leading specialist construction services company has a new and exciting opportunity to appoint a talented Contracts Manager.
Candidates of particular interest will have experience in metalwork, ideally architectural metalwork or secondary steelwork. Other architectural and secondary construction elements including cladding, decking, timber, or glass will also be considered for shortlisting.
Working on schemes from £50K to £8M, you will manage up to 2-5 projects at one time, with project size depending, operating from their South Yorkshire offices.
You will have a wide influence from project management, project coordination, design, handover, and final accounts with your clients.
Most projects are new build apartment blocks, primarily in London and surrounding areas; however, regular commutes to site are not required, only as needed. In the main, you will be an office-based Contracts Manager.
While you are able to efficiently and cost-effectively contract manage all aspects of multiple contracts to full completion, you will naturally be commercially aware and highly professional, building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers.
Candidates sought must have CSCS and SMSTS cards and possess good IT skills - MS Word and Excel.
