A successful Interiors contractor is searching for a Contracts Manager to deliver exciting interior, refurbishment, and fit-out projects. This is a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a successful contractor delivering award-winning projects across commercial, education, leisure, and industrial sectors.

Requirements: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously as a CM or PM Experience delivering interiors and refurbishment projects Experience managing clients and project stakeholders Experience managing site delivery teams
Responsibilities: Managing multiple projects from tender stage to completion Managing clients to ensure expectations are being met Ensuring works are being delivered to programme Providing technical expertise for new tenders Supporting and managing site delivery teams
Salary & Package: Basic salary of £56,000 - £62,000 (DOE) Company car or car allowance (£5,500) Company Bonus Scheme Great holiday package
To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must demonstrate the ability to deliver multiple interior refurbishments and/or fit-out projects simultaneously.
