Due to planned growth and ongoing success, this highly respected and leading specialist construction services company has a new requirement to appoint a Contracts Manager to join their enviable and award-winning organization.
Candidates of particular interest will have experience in metalwork, ideally architectural metalwork, or cladding, decking, glass, etc.
Working on schemes from £1/4M to £10M, you will manage anything from 2-5 projects at any one time on average, with project size depending.
You will have a wide influence from project management, project coordination, design, handover, and final accounts with your clients.
Most projects are new build apartment blocks, with the majority of these in London and surrounding areas. Regular commutes to the site are NOT required, only as and when needed.
Candidates will work out of their South Yorkshire offices.
