Due to planned growth and ongoing success, this highly respected and leading specialist construction services Company has a new requirement to appoint a Contracts Manager to join their enviable and award-winning organisation.
Candidates of particular interest will have experience in metalwork, ideally architectural metalwork, or cladding, decking, glass, etc.
Working on schemes from £250,000 to £10 million, you will manage between 2 to 5 projects at any one time, depending on project size.
You will have a wide influence, including project management, project coordination, design, handover, and final accounts with your clients.
Most projects are new build apartment blocks, primarily located in London and surrounding areas. Regular commutes to site are NOT required, only as needed.
Candidates will work out of their South Yorkshire offices.
