Due to planned growth and ongoing success, this highly respected and leading specialist construction services company has a new requirement to appoint a Contracts Manager to join their enviable and award-winning organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 2-5 projects at any one time, with project sizes ranging from £250K to £10M.
Oversee project management, project coordination, design, handover, and final accounts with clients.
Work primarily on new build apartment blocks, mainly in London and surrounding areas.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in metalwork, ideally architectural metalwork, cladding, decking, or glass.
Ability to work from the South Yorkshire offices.
