£55,000 - £60,000 + package (including progression opportunities and profit share) Key Benefits Competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum Company car allowance Opportunities for career progression and profit share 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays) Pension scheme (3% employer contribution after qualifying period) Role & Responsibilities Manage 3-5 projects simultaneously. Engage in business development to grow the fire protection division. Oversee site management teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected standards. Coordinate direct labor and subcontractors on-site. Attend progress meetings and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders. Develop and monitor project programs to meet timelines and targets. Report directly to the Operations Director and contribute to the strategic growth of the company. About the Company Specialist in fire protection with project values ranging from £200k to £1M. Focuses on commercial projects, such as care homes and apartments. A small but rapidly growing business with significant expansion plans. Required Knowledge & Experience FIRAS procedures knowledge (essential). SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
