Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a
Contracts Manager
to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Swindon, Wiltshire.
The company:
Our client is a regional contractor who predominately work in the commercial sector on projects such as schools, colleges, churches, museums etc.
The role entails:
Project responsibility for managing over project performance, including site safety and programme quality
Management of Project / Site Managers and associated site teams
Management of the design team and design process for Design and Build schemes
Development and monitoring of construction programmes
Key point of contact for client teams and stakeholders
Overseeing 4 or 5 projects in the area, ensuring they are all progressing well
Essential requirements:
Driving licence and own transport.
Commercial experience, completing projects from £1m - £3m.
Have worked for a similar contractor, 3 years experience as a minimum. 5 years + ideally
What are we looking for?
A strong background as a Contracts Manager
Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
Relevant industry qualifications
