Contracts Manager - Refurbishment Schemes (Student Accommodation)
Locations: London / Bristol
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee refurbishment schemes, specifically student accommodation projects across the UK. Our client's office is in Bristol; however, they have secured a few new projects in London and Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage high-profile projects and lead a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage refurbishment projects from start to finish. Oversee budgets, schedules, and project delivery. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Requirements: Proven experience in managing 3-4 projects simultaneously. Previous experience managing RC Frame builds. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Willing to travel to projects nationally.
