Key Responsibilities:

Leading negotiations on terms and conditions for tenders, aligning outcomes with business goals while mitigating risks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare and review pre-tender documentation and commercial qualifications. Managing vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and handling post-tender contract oversight. Working closely with Legal and Project Teams to address and resolve contractual disputes or legal claims. Ensuring contracts adhere to compliance standards, staying informed of legislative changes and industry regulations. Identifying potential contractual risks and implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating framework agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other contractual documents. Overseeing supply chain management by monitoring vendor agreements and coordinating necessary contractual amendments. Conducting commercial analysis on tendered projects to establish performance baselines before transitioning to operations. Providing training and guidance to project teams on risk management and best practices for contract handling. Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in a role with comparable scope, deliverables, complexity, and accountability. Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and agreements. Strong understanding of legislative requirements and compliance. Advanced commercial and analytical skills. In-depth knowledge of standard contracting principles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship management with key stakeholders. Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation. Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in business management, law, or a related field.
