Job: Contracts Manager

A well-respected, market-leading organisation with a rich history of delivering incredible projects nationally is searching for a Contracts Manager to join the team.
Summary of the Role:
As the Contracts Manager, you will maximise profit whilst exceeding all client expectations acting as the senior point of contact.
You will be responsible for overseeing up to 4 projects with the support from the Project Managers.
This is a Senior Management role, so you will be required to provide a high level of managerial direction and support to site teams to enable them to achieve a successful outcome to their projects in terms of profit, timeliness and quality within a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the resourcing, development and leadership of a team.
Ensuring all projects comply with health, safety and environmental legislation, thereby delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a Regional / National contractor.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A deep understanding of construction processes.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
