Contracts Manager - Residential Housebuilder
Location: Hertfordshire/North London
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
gap construction is excited to be working with a highly respected, bespoke residential housebuilder in their search for a Contracts Manager to join their residential team in Hertfordshire. They've been proud to be building high quality home in Hertfordshire for almost 100 years.
Performance Objectives
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, managing scope, time, cost, quality, and communication. Ensure residential projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Collaborate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Lead the tender process, manage supplier negotiations, and ensure contracts align with company policies. Proactively manage risks and resolve issues as they arise throughout the project. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and complies with relevant procedures. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in managing multiple, complex residential projects simultaneously. Extensive background in the residential construction sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with both Operations and Commercial teams. Proficiency in IT and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Benefits:
