We are supporting a leading telecoms and technology provider in their search for a Telecoms Billing Contracts Manager to join their team. With significant recent growth and multiple acquisitions, they are focused on maintaining exceptional standards across their contract and billing operations.

The Role:

As a Telecoms Billing Contracts Manager, you will oversee a team of four and manage an extensive portfolio of contracts covering a range of telecoms services. You will also be responsible for onboarding contracts from acquisitions and ensuring accuracy across billing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, provide training and development opportunities, and act as the main point of contact for your team. Contract Management:

Ensure contracts are set up accurately, admin tasks are completed promptly, and cancelled contracts are appropriately closed. Data & Analysis:

Reconcile billed contracts, analyse upcoming renewals, and provide valuable insights to sales, renewals, and procurement teams. Billing Oversight:

Work with internal billing systems to ensure accuracy, manage annual contract reviews, and oversee billing cycles. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Resolve internal queries from billing, credit control, sales, and operations teams.

What We Are Looking For: Significant experience managing contracts or billing teams. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organised with excellent time management skills. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail. A collaborative and proactive approach.
