Contracts Manager

Job Duties:
Overseeing 2-3 traditional build sites across the West Midlands Required Qualifications:
SMSTS certification CSCS certification First Aid certification NVQ Level 6 qualification Full UK Driving License Experience:
Prior experience in contracts management within the construction industry Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of contracts management processes Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple construction sites concurrently Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in construction management Working Conditions:
Office-based with frequent site visits across the West Midlands
