Lawyer - Commercial Contracts / Property Part-time, Permanent Hybrid Working £51,802 - £57,131 About the Commercial Contracts / Property Lawyer position: Sellick Partnership is thrilled to be assisting a Local Authority in Essex, who are seeking a Contracts or Property Lawyer to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis. Our client is seeking a part-time Contracts or Property Lawyer, who would have the availability to undertake this position for two days per week. This role is to be worked on a hybrid basis, with attendance required at the office a couple of times per month. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, friendly and forward-thinking Local Authority, who are looking to expand their permanent team.
