Provide administrative support to the team, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records and reports for all teams. Perform general tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Assist with scheduling appointments, orders, bookings, and coordinating meetings. Help with organising and maintaining office supplies and inventory. Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
