Your duties will include:
- Dealing with Petty Cash & Daily Banking including processing invoices and payments.
- Producing accurate revenue reports and reporting any revenue adjustments or losses.
- Being involved with processing wages and personnel paperwork.
- Ensuring all company procedures and instructions are adhered to.
- Providing comprehensive financial information to assist the Hotel Controller.
The ideal candidate will be well-organized and punctual with a strong attention to detail. Experience using Excel is essential, and a background in administration or finance is preferred but not mandatory as full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
