Control Panel Wirer
to work in a small team to build, wire and install
electrical control panels.
Theydesign and manufacture production line equipment predominately used within the pharmaceutical industry. If you are a Wireperson with manufacturing industry experience then please call. What's on offer? 37.5 hours per week on flexitime basis 23 days holiday plus discretionary days and bank holidays Life and accident insurance available immediately Pension scheme available after 3 months with company contribution of up to 8% after 2 years' service Private healthcare scheme after 2 years. The role: Work alongside Automation Technicians to build, wire and install electrical control panels Ensure panel components match the requirements of the issued wiring diagram and control panel layouts Assemble control panel enclosure building plinths, assembling bays and side panels Work with Electrical Design Draughtsman to accomplish best panel layout and design and assemble components accordingly Work with the Electrical Design Draughtsman and Automation Technician to wire the control panel using the issued wiring diagrams Requirements: Previous panel wiring experience is required Apprentice trained and/or a formal Electrical Engineering Qualification is essential A systematic approach to work with great attention to detail is required Experience of working with automated production machinery or other similar capital equipment Must be flexible with a willingness to lean to expand scope of knowledge Experience gained working within a project environment in cross-functional project teams Candidates who require sponsorship now or in the future or who are not already resident in the UK will not be considered for this vacancy.
