Provide timely and accurate responses to our representative sales force. Check orders and submittals for accuracy. Work with Controls Engineers to determine the best solution to facilitate custom requests. Generate custom submittals to customer’s requirements. Answer technical questions from customers on various Evapco control products. Coordinate field service for start‐up, commissioning and troubleshooting. Assist Marketing in generating quality reports, remediation plans, and identifying necessary replacement parts to solve field issues. Participate in customer visits at Evapco Headquarters (Taneytown, MD) as a technical advisor facilitating electrical controls discussions. Further the electrical controls knowledge of Evapco Marketing and the Independent Sales Representatives. Occasional travel to North American representative offices and customers. Attend calls with customers, on-site technicians, or site integrators to handle inquiries on shipped projects. Occasional travel to customer sites to provide technical support on electrical controls. Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Electrical. Must be able to communicate professionally & effectively, have strong attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and reliable documentation skills. This position may be filled at the entry level or with a person that has engineering experience. Location:
Position will be onsite in York, PA with occasional visits required to the Taneytown, MD Evapco headquarters facility. Candidate should expect travel 10‐20% of the time to various conferences, customer locations, job sites, and manufacturing facilities. Compensation:
