What You'll Be Doing As a Control Systems Engineer, your mission is to keep cutting-edge automation running smoothly, using Beckhoff PLCs, TwinCAT software, and EtherCAT networking. You'll be: Programming and integrating Beckhoff control systems for high-speed, high-precision laser machinery. Designing and implementing PLC, HMI, and motion control systems to push automation to the next level. Working with CNC and laser technology to automate high-accuracy machining processes. Solving control system challenges and making processes faster, smarter, and more efficient. Collaborating with mechanical and electrical engineers to create seamless automation solutions. Commissioning and troubleshooting control systems to ensure peak performance. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Control Systems Engineer, ideally in automation, CNC, or laser technology. Experience with laser controls is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Beckhoff PLCs, TwinCAT (2 or 3), and EtherCAT networking. Experience in motion control, robotics, or CNC automation. HMI development and system integration experience. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Problem-solving mindset someone who enjoys figuring things out.
