24165 Control Systems Engineer - The Role:

Hardware and Software design engineering PLC Programming - writing and developing code - Allan Bradley / Rockwell Designing SCADA systems and HMI's Reviewing project specifications and determining project requirements Working on both new and existing projects to develop detailed designs Developing functional design specifications and documentation for new projects Perform testing and validation of hardware/software systems Participate in design and technical meetings with customers/stakeholders On-site commissioning of new systems both UK and worldwide Control Systems Engineer - The Person:

Experienced in PLC programming - Allen Bradley / Rockwell PLC / SCADA system design and development, including safety AutoCAD knowledge and experience Software and Hardware development experience Experience in industrial communications - ProfiBus, Ethernet and DeviceNet Experience with Simulation and Emulation software is an advantage Willing to travel throughout the UK and occasionally overseas if needed Located in Essex, this role would be commutable from Chelmsford, Braintree, Colchester, and Ipswich. Role would be suitable for Engineers with experience as a Controls Systems Engineer, Industrial Automation Engineer or other Engineering disciplines with extensive PLC programming exposure. All respondents to this position must be eligible to live and work in the UK on a permanent basis. Automation Experts are unable to assist with the award of Visas or UK Work Permits.
