Job ID: 3431 Location: Monheim, North Rhine-Westphalia, DE Camberley, ENG, GB Date: Jan 4, 2025 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Unit Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a specific business unit, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives. The Business Unit Controller will provide financial guidance and support to the business unit leadership team, drive business growth, and identify areas for cost optimization. Responsibilities:

Support Head of Finance as required Coordinate the preparation of budget and financial forecasting and report any variances Prepare and publish all monthly financial statements Create reports (annual and monthly) which identify results, trends, and forecasts Manage the month-end process Apply regulatory, legal, professional, and ethical standards in relation to audit and assurance engagements Manage the year-end close with external auditors as well as Group requirements Plan and prepare for audit and assurance engagements Manage the inventory & development controlling business processes Document business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls in line with Group requirements Your Profile:

Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable commercial training Professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel including PowerQuery and ideally knowledge of SAP Experience in the creation of PowerBI reports Very good knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of SQL is an advantage Very good German and English language skills Very good communication skills, a confident manner, and a hands-on mentality Competitive salary and bonus structure.
