About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Controls Engineer to join our client's team. In this permanent position based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, you will have the opportunity to design and develop control software for bespoke systems and projects of various sizes, particularly relating to special purpose machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement control software for individual bespoke systems and projects. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with industrial/automated systems. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Apply principles of control systems management to ensure reliable and efficient operations.

Ideal Candidate: Holds an HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronic/Computer or IT discipline. Previous experience as a Controls Engineer. Practical knowledge and experience of industrial/automated systems. Strong understanding of control systems management principles. Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels. Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
