Constantly finding ways to improve processes, productivity, and quality. The Controls Engineer Will Need to Bring:
A HNC/HND (or equivalent) in a software-related discipline. Solid experience with PLCs, HMIs, and motion programming. Bonus points for knowing robotics or vision systems. A knack for explaining technical things in plain English. A “let’s get this sorted” attitude when faced with challenges. The flexibility to adapt when projects shift.
