Controls Engineer - Haslingden Join a Leading Automation Specialist!

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Controls Engineer to join a growing team with our client, a specialist in the automation industry based in Haslingden. As part of their expanding department, they are looking for an experienced engineer to contribute to the development of PLCs for various automation machinery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, program, and maintain PLC systems for automation machinery Work with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs, with occasional projects involving other systems Troubleshoot and optimise control systems Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver solutions that meet client requirements Assist with system integration and testing of automation equipment

Requirements: Strong experience in automation machinery, particularly in the development of PLCs Proficiency in Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs (experience with other PLCs a plus) Solid understanding of control systems and industrial automation Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
