In this role you will be trained on the programming of this companies redundant automated safety systems used within the manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical and oil & gas industries. You will also have to travel to site and off-shore to commission the control systems, being paid overtime and off-shore rates. .This company employ over 18,500 employees globally and are market leaders in the design, installation and service of advanced industrial automation technology. The Role:
- Programming distributed control systems used for industrial automation
- Flexible hybrid working with up to 3 days at home per week
- Travelling nationally and off-shore to sites to assist with commissioning of new equipment, up to once per month
- Full training on their bespoke systems
- Every other Friday off
The Person:
- PLC Programmer, Controls Engineer or PLC Service Engineer looking to step up
- Understanding of Functional Safety or IEC Standards
- Willing to travel and work off-shore for up to 2 weeks a time.
