About the Role
Homes by Honey is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of managing a range of residential property transactions, from initial instructions through to completion, providing expert guidance to their clients during the buying and selling process. You’ll also play a vital role in supporting junior team members and maintaining their high standards of service, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Caseload Management: Oversee a portfolio of residential transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and new builds.
- Complex Property Transactions: Handle freehold and leasehold properties, as well as more complex matters like shared ownership leases, right-to-buy purchases, and transfers of equity.
- Client Communication: Deliver clear, client-centric communication, ensuring clients are informed and confident throughout each step of their transaction.
- Third-Party Collaboration: Work with estate agents, brokers, surveyors, and builders to facilitate smooth, efficient property completions.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in residential conveyancing, ideally within a high-volume, client-oriented setting.
- Client-Focused: Excellent communication and client relationship management skills, with a commitment to clarity and empathy.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using case management systems and a detail-oriented approach to handling files and meeting deadlines.
- Networking Skills: Confidence in representing Homes by Honey with third-party contacts and clients, promoting our services effectively.
