Conveyancers play a crucial role within our highly successful conveyancing team which is continuing to grow in offering a diverse range of services to clients. As a vital part of the team, our Conveyancers are given a high level of responsibility from the beginning and opportunities to develop their careers, and we make sure you have the right level of support to get you there! Our Conveyancing team are a specialist team who provide individuals and businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of transactions. The team work with individuals, charities, businesses with property portfolios and banks. We are currently looking for a Conveyancer to join our Conveyancing team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team; we will consider both junior conveyancers/exceptional conveyancing assistants or more experienced conveyancing fee earners with existing transactional experience who might be working towards qualification. What you will do As a Conveyancer you will take ownership of your own caseload which will consist of sales of properties via auction, transfers of equity and other transactions where we act for business clients. It will be your responsibility to manage matters throughout the span of their lifecycle and undertake and oversee such tasks as reviewing key documentation, managing completion and resolving client due diligence issues. You will drive forward each transaction, understanding each client’s specific requirements and acknowledging the intricacies of their instructions. As well as working closely with unit leaders and other colleagues, you will be liaising with a number of external stakeholders throughout the life of the transactions. You will be working closely with the wider team, including assistant level resource to guarantee a first-class service is provided, as well as ensuring all appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters are met. It is essential that you have prior experience of working property transactions and have experience handling a busy caseload. Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills are needed together with great attention to detail, including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. You will need to be able to tackle issues and problems in a logical, step by step way with an eye for detail and have the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. About the team Our Conveyancing Services team spans a multitude of different specialisms. Each team have specific levels of support and technical experience, and each of our Conveyancers take ownership of their caseloads, assisting their clients through the drafting of relevant documents and ensuring compliance to enable housing transactions to go through smoothly – we really strive to get to know our clients and take the responsibility of our instructions seriously. But don’t worry, not only do you get to feel that you’re really making a difference individually to your clients and our business, you will have the backing of a 50 employee + size team to help you along the way.
