Handling all matters from Exchange to completion within our Bromley conveyancing team. Dealing with all aspects of completion including setting up completions, making payments and redeeming mortgages. Landlords Notices and fees and compliance with restrictions. Updating Lender Exchange, LMS and other Lender Panels and HTB ISA portal. Assisting with remaining balances on files alongside the fee earners. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
At least 1 year of experience of working in a conveyancing department. Proficient in MS Office applications. Ability to champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas. Desire and drive to improve business processes every day. Flexible working options; including the option to work from the Crystal Palace office. Friendly and supportive environment.
