We are looking to enhance our dynamic team with the addition of an experienced Conveyancing Assistant. Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients by providing updates and accurately relaying messages. Arrange Redemption Statements. Order pre-sale reports and updates nearing settlement. Prepare legal documents for client/lender signatures, including Dispositions, Securities, Discharges, and LBTT returns. Submit Advance Notices. Update LMS and Lender Exchange platforms. File and process LBTT returns. Register all relevant legal documentation. Activate NHBC certificates. Address post-settlement inquiries. Share updated title sheets with lenders, clients, and solicitors. Complete assigned tasks and manage general correspondence effectively. Utilize the LawPro case management system. Oversee diary management. Provide general administrative support as required. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. Required Knowledge and Experience

Essential:

Prior experience in a property or administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and demonstrated excellence in customer service via telephone and email. Our Ideal Candidate Will:
