My client, based in Liverpool, is on the hunt for a Newbuild Conveyancing Assistant to join their buzzing office. With a salary of £20,000 to £22,000 and the added perk of hybrid working, this role is ideal for someone with at least 12 months of experience in a similar role who’s keen to grow and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide essential support to the New Build Conveyancer throughout the conveyancing process.

Communicate effectively with clients and third parties over the phone, in writing, and occasionally face-to-face, offering advice and assistance as needed.

Chase down crucial documents like ID, mortgage offers, and searches to keep things moving smoothly.

Keep the case management system and third-party websites up to date in real time.

Deliver top-notch service to clients and business introducers.

Prepare all necessary documentation as part of the conveyancing process.

Get the completion packs ready for the accounts department, including completion statements and invoices.

Handle post-exchange tasks as directed by the team manager.

Assist with completions, ensuring everything goes off without a hitch.

Follow company policies and procedures.

Pitch in with any additional admin duties to keep the team running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 12 months of experience in a similar role.

Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.

A confident phone manner and solid communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Highly organized with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.

Experience using a case management system (Proclaim experience is a plus).

Perks & Benefits:

My client offers a great range of benefits to keep you happy and motivated:

20 days holiday, increasing to 25 with service, plus Bank Holidays.

Flexible holiday scheme to buy or carry over up to 5 days.

Contributory pension and death in service cover.

Employee Assistance Programme and study funding.

Free conveyancing for staff and discounts for friends and family.

Access to a fun break room with a pool table, ping pong, and dartboard.

Social events, charity activities, and a relaxed dress policy.

Special treats like a late start or early finish on your birthday.

This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to join a company that truly values its people and offers plenty of room for growth and fun. If you’re organized, enthusiastic, and ready to take your career to the next level, I’d love to hear from you!
