35,000 to 50,000 per annum , dependent on experience and interview performance. Key Responsibilities Of The Conveyancing Lawyer
Managing a diverse caseload of new build property matters from instruction to completion, including sales & purchase, equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets. Requirements:
Ideally a qualified solicitor or legal executive with proven experience in conveyancing. The firm is open to non-qualified fee earners also. Strong knowledge of new build property law.
