Job Title: Conveyancing Fee Earner Job Description: As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of conveyancing matters while maintaining high professional standards and delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a Caseload: Handle a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, professional, and timely legal advice and updates. Case Management: Oversee the entire conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion, including managing deadlines, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders. Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and amend legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and land registry applications. Due Diligence: Conduct property searches, verify legal ownership, and check for any legal issues or potential risks. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve legal issues and disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process. Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and client files. Billing: Prepare invoices and manage billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment for services rendered. Requirements:

Qualifications: A relevant legal qualification such as a CILEx qualification, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer status, or significant equivalent experience in conveyancing. Experience: Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and legal requirements. Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and accessible manner. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Client Service: A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive client relationships. IT Proficiency: Competent in using conveyancing software and standard office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable Attributes:

Knowledge: Familiarity with current conveyancing practices, legal updates, and industry best practices. Experience: Experience in a similar role within a reputable law firm or conveyancing practice. Job Type: Permanent
