We are looking for an experienced Property (Conveyancer) fee earner to join a busy residential property department in Hull who can confidently handle a broad range of residential property work including residential investment property purchases and sales.
THE ROLE: We are looking for a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with 5 years' experience and a good level of experience in residential conveyancing. You will be able to work on your own on all aspects of conveyancing matters and be able to work well as part of a small knit team. You will progress a large caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transaction instructions from inception through to completion.
THE CANDIDATE: Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with clients at all levels. Good attention to detail and good interpersonal skills. Strong decision making and problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
