Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Minimum Requirements: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer. Experience in residential conveyancing. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
